All our cheeses are sent via Toll DX next day delivery.

They are shipped with ice packs, foil bubble wrap and boxed to protect them and to keep them chilled.

We suggest they are immediately refrigerated upon receipt to ensure quality.

We currently ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Toll DX delivery.

For major cities and locations

If you order Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday your order will dispatch Tuesday and arrive to you on Wednesday or Thursday.

If you order Tuesday or Wednesday your order will dispatch Thursday and will arrive to you on Friday.

For regional locations

All orders to regional locations will dispatch on Tuesday to ensure delivery by Friday.

Please arrange to have your delivery sent to address that someone will be available to receive it. All orders are sent with ice packs and wrapped in foil bubble wrap and boxed but it will need to be refrigerated immediately upon receipt to ensure the quality of your cheeses.


All of our products are dairy free and made in a dairy free facility.

All of our products are gluten and wheat free but are made in a facility that also produces gluten and wheat products.

All of our products are vegan and made in an animal product free facility.

All of our products are gluten/wheat free, dairy free, egg free, refined sugar free, animal product free.

Our products do contain seeds and nuts including peanut, coconut and tree nuts.

Please note that all products, including products not containing nuts and seeds on the listed ingredients, are processed on equipment that comes in contact with nuts and seeds and can potentially include traces amounts of these ingredients.

We would not recommend our products to people highly allergic to peanuts or other tree nuts and sesame seeds.

Our cheesecakes crusts have a nut and maple syrup or date base.  The cheesecake fillings and toppings  have a cashew cream and coconut oil base and are sweetened with maple syrup. All flavours and colours are natural and plant based.

If you have purchased a custom made cake then it may be defrosted as per our storing instructions and served on its cake board.

If you have purchased our mini cheesecakes they can be served directly in their dessert cups.

As our products are natural and do not contain stabilisers and preservatives they are temperature sensitive and are best handled when frozen to maintain the look of the product.

Our cheesecakes are best kept in the freezer until the day of serving.

We recommend removing them from the freezer 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. They can also be defrosted slower in the refrigerator.


We use 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil for our Marinated Feta. This means that it will solidify in the refrigerator. To revert back to liquid just leave it at room temperature for around 10 minutes and then enjoy!

The majority of our cheeses are designed to be served as part of a cheese platter but how you choose to serve and eat them is up to you and your imagination!

If using on a cheese platter they are best kept refrigerated right until you are planning to open the packaging as they will soften at room temperature, some cheeses more than others, so keeping them cold will ensure they are easier to remove and plate up.

All our cheeses are made from homemade almond milk and are soy free and dairy free.

Our cheeses are vacuum sealed to maintain freshness.

Once opened the cheese is best consumed within 7 to 10 days.

Wrap tightly in cling film and store in the refrigerator.
